Common questions
Is the warranty the same as cyber insurance?
No. A SPECTRA warranty is a performance guarantee on our certified services, paid when a certified service fails to perform during a covered event. It complements your cyber insurance; it doesn't replace it.
How much warranty coverage is available?
Warranty values are offered in $10,000 increments, up to $500,000 per warranty per client. We'll help you choose a level that fits your risk.
Who backs the warranty?
SPECTRA warranties are backed by A+ rated carriers and structured to comply with regulatory guidelines.
How does it take effect?
The warranty is added to your service agreement and becomes effective once SPECTRA issues a Certification of Resilience for your services. Full terms are in SPECTRA's Certification Services and Limited Service Performance Warranty Agreement.
How much can certification lower my insurance premium?
It depends on your carrier and policy. Some carriers offer discounts of up to 35% for clients of SPECTRA-certified providers. Ask your broker how your carrier treats SPECTRA certification.
