Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026

Legion Cyberworks LLC ("Legion Cyberworks," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through legioncyber.com (the "Site"), how we use it and the choices you have. It applies only to the Site, not to services we provide to clients under separate agreements.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete our contact or quote request forms, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, job title and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security provider processes technical data needed to deliver the Site and protect it from attacks, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps. We use this only to operate and secure the Site.

Cookies. The Site itself does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Our embedded forms are provided by Zoho, which may set cookies that are necessary for the forms to work and to prevent spam.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide quotes or proposals you request
  • To manage our relationship with you, including recording your inquiry in our customer relationship management system
  • To operate, maintain and secure the Site
  • To comply with legal obligations

If you contact us, we may follow up about the services you asked about. You can ask us to stop at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, under obligations to protect it, including:

  • Zoho, which hosts our forms and customer relationship management system
  • Cloudflare, which hosts and secures the Site

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship, and as required for legal, accounting or security purposes. We then delete or de-identify it.

How we protect information

Security is our business. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to those who need it.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, contact us. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

The Site links to websites we don't control, such as partner sites and articles we reference. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
